What can I say, I am home breastfeeding off and on all day. Colin cooks, except for breakfast and lunch, so I had little else to do today. I will be sad when I go back to work in October!
Anyway, I was very impressed with the new writers. I liked the new characters very much. And I was very pleased to get to know some of the older characters I've been hearing about for the past 13 years I've been here! Some of the stories really pleasantly surprised me with their content, and I was really happy with the quality of the writing overall.
And I'm jealous of anyone who can do art.
Great work everyone!

LOL! We didn't have more than three or four pieces of original art in this issue, Andrea. But I'm glad you enjoyed the issue! And I'm impressed that you're done reading it already, with a new baby in the house! Aren't you supposed to be catching up or storing up sleep between those feedings?

Personally, I read aloud during most feedings. Particularly with Leah, who nursed for 45 minutes every 2 hours.... Not sure I could have done that with a computer, though!

I finished it not too long ago, and I have to say that all of the stories are really great - I feel rather intimidated about writing more now... :-)

Suki--Hey, we all felt intimidated, the first time we got stories into Pernese print. I haven't gotten to your story yet, but I'm betting it will be fine--if only for the fact that you aren't 13. (g)

Outside of the udate I read a few well written, good inaction, and good backgroound, and shall post more when I am not so sleepy.

I'm sorry, I have to ask... What do you mean by 'good inaction'?

Anna--I'm thinking "good in action."
