With two weeks to go before official publication date of Out of the Blue 27/3, I thought y'all might like to know where we are in the publication timeline. Most of the stories have been formatted and added to the master document. The last half dozen or so stories were received from the editors last night/this morning and will be formatted this week and inserted into the master document. Several stories have had illustrations received/contrived/finagled and inserted into the appropriate part of the story, or at the end. Offers to provide more artwork are greatly appreciated, but I figured out last issue asking (begging or nagging could also be used here) doesn't do me much good, so I'm not stressing it this issue. Y'all will get what I can figure out. Once the last stories are inserted, I will review the Glaring White Space problem and come up with a solution of some sort. Complaints on whatever the solution is should be in the form of artwork for next issue. So, in other words - we're doing very good on our publishing schedule!

You know, if art is part you could put at the end of the doc. or perhaps a special section to make easier to look at. New member add her two cents or marks at case maybe. I enjoy art even with my low sight, I've got few images atm can only work with them in short bits.

Art is primarily used to illustrated the story - and take up the glaring white space that may exist between the end of one story and the start of the next. Now, if I had several artists willing to do full-page pieces for me, not necessarily connected to any one story, I would certainly be interested in adding an art gallery to the end of the zine... But, unfortunately, it's difficult enough finding art for the stories. I'm afraid doing a gallery would be too much of a challenge for me!
